home for the holidays

good things:
a group of wonderful ladies from my church took me to pf changs yesterday for lunch
i went shopping at american eagle and went to the mignon faget store to drool over their jewelry (i wear the tulip ring everyday!)
i will finally be able to upload more webshots photos from my birthday dinner to this site for the non-facebookers who read this
still in touch with school friends
tomorrow is one of my favorite holidays, yay for being thankful
my aunt and cousin will be visiting me
i am so playing "a charlie brown christmas songs" on the piano this week
i chatted with a good high school friend yesterday
my secret shame: soap net. they play "the oc" twice a day. i know. i am a dork.

random things:
i felt old the other day. a boy who i went to high school with is now a television newscaster! man, i felt old after seeing that. good grief!

bad things:
i look like a gross, sniffly, coughy, sick, tired mess
my voice is sore so no matter what i am saying, it always sounds whiny
homework over the holidays? psssh!

now i am off to do the only thing a girl can do to cure her illness: watching television, cuddling up in an oversized sweatshirt, and possibly eating delicious subway.
i love everyone who reads this, and if you are at school, i miss you and will see you sunday :-)
